Kelly Pradhan, PhD

Managing Director at The Crosssland Group











With extensive experience across a wide range of industries spanning the private and social sectors, Kelly helps clients execute on their strategies by aligning

their organizations and unlocking talent. She co-creates custom solutions with clients using tools and and methodologies that identify root causes, surface radical insights and illuminate the truth. Working along side clients, she assesses their organization works and looking for potential obstacles to change. Where obstacles exist, she figures out what talent and skills will be needed to overcome them, designs the organization to match the vision, and inspires and involves all key players to co-create a future together. 

Specific engagements include: 

▪  Assessing, aligning and designing organizational systems and structures

▪  Designing and delivering business process reengineering initiatives

▪  Leading and managing large-scale change initiatives

▪  Conducting research, developing strategy, and enabling innovation initiatives

Maria Averill, Esq

Averill Law Firm 

Maria received her law degree from the Charleston School of Law, where she attended on a partial academic scholarship. During her time there she was honored with the CALI Award of Excellence in the areas of Family Law and Legal Research and Writing and received the Pro Bono Award at graduation for providing more than 100 hours of pro bono legal work.. Her pro bono work included serving as an adult guardianship volunteer in the probate court and volunteering at the domestic violence clinic at the

Charleston County Courthouse. She also served as the Student Chair of the Academic Committee for the law school.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Maria was a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Lowcountry. She founded a local company that provides therapy, testing, and psychiatric services for children with behavioral and psychological disorders. Her Bachelor’s degree is in psychology from Chapman University in Orange, California and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

She went on to complete post-graduate coursework through the University of Texas at Denton in Applied Behavior Analysis, receiving her Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2008. She also taught for the graduate program at the University of West Florida for 2 years as an adjunct professor in the Department of Behavior Analysis and served as a clinical supervisor for individuals pursuing their certification.

Current memberships include the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Charleston County Bar Association (CBA), Dorchester County Bar Association, Berkeley County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, the Children’s Law Committee of the South Carolina Bar, the Education Law Committee of the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, and the Mediation and Meeting Center of Charleston.

Justin Hudd

Experienced leader with track record of sustained growth in Technology, Finance and web-based industries specializing in new technologies. An effective entrepreneur and business leader that has started, grown and sold a $10 million IT Consultancy and Services company. Led start-ups and managed global teams including software product development, IT, Operations and Finance. 


Matt Murrin

Dr. Matt Murrin graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  With a Bachelor and Master's degree in Exercise Science to complement his Doctor of Chiropractic, he entered practice  in Indianapolis. It was there that Dr. Murrin first became recognized as an elite athlete chiropractor, working with professional athletes like the Indianapolis Colts, UFC fighters, Olympic athletes and college athletes.


Two years later, he made a move to the Charleston area, acquiring Chiropractic USA in Mount Pleasant. Since then, he's had the pleasure and privilege of serving our community and natural health care solutions that focus total wellness in body and mind. With a particular interest and passion in sports med, Dr. Murrin enjoys working with athletes to help get past injuries and pain and progress to improve performance and surpass target goals.
