RADStrength

RADStrength offers Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Daniel Island a combination of strength based workouts that focus on power, endurance, flexibility, and mobility.  Our process focuses on coaching individuals throughout functional strength training modalities within a well organized and clean setting. Both BURN and BUILD workouts place a premium value on SAFETY and proper mechanics!  Our attention is on form/technique as a means to establish a strong foundation, and then build personalized progression from there.  Workouts will include different ratios of strength training vs. cardio varying from 70% strength/30% cardio to 30% strength/70% cardio.  Equipment will include barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, weight bars, and dumbbells.  These workouts will be coached by Certified Personal Trainers.
