CATALYST Small Group Training offers Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Daniel Island Personal Fitness Training community a combination of strength based workouts that focus on power, endurance, flexibility, stability and mobility as an additional opportunity for fitness programming.  Our process focuses on coaching individuals throughout functional strength training modalities within a well organized and clean setting. Build, Burn and Bend workouts place a premium value on SAFETY and proper mechanics!  Our attention is on form/technique as a means to establish a strong foundation, and then build personalized progression from there.  Workouts include different ratios of strength training vs. cardio (aerobic capacity) varying from 70% strength/30% cardio to 30% strength/70% cardio.  Equipment include barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, weight bars, and dumbbells.  These workouts are coached by Certified Mount Pleasant and Charleston, SC Personal Trainers.
